Greenwich Public School is located in a bushland setting in Sydney’s lower north shore. It was established in 1876 and consists of two campuses situated 1.5km apart. Currently the school has 487 students enrolled across Kindergarten to Year 6 including 3 Support Classes. The Support Unit comprises of one Autism support class and two Multicategorical classes. With positive partnerships between staff, students, parents and the community, our school is well regarded in the local area. Our parent community is well educated, supportive and values quality, inclusive education practices. High expectations of staff and parents underpin planning. Quality, innovative and enthusiastic teachers provide challenging learning programs for all students with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy. Greenwich Public School is undergoing a new build with classrooms designed for  co-teaching in flexible learning spaces and an emphasis on 21st Century learner qualities. The Support Unit prioritises authentic mainstream integration opportunities for all students.
