We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the management of our many amazing facilities. This is an exciting and varied opportunity that will provide the successful candidate with an unparalleled experience in nature on a daily basis.

This new position at the College plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the College’s owned and leased properties and grounds, as well as the development, maintenance, and operation of these assets.

The Facilities Manager is a key role in supporting the Executive, Board, and associated specialist consultants to implement a new College Master Plan. This role supports the Director of Business and Operations, leads, and oversees the management of the Grounds and Maintenance functions and team, to ensure the facilities and infrastructure is safe and fit for purpose for staff, students and the community who utilise these facilities.

What you bring to the role:

· Experience working in a similar Facilities and Infrastructure Management role, preferably in a school environment managing a range of facilities

· You are naturally collaborative and an expert at building relationships, and have a passion for developing and maintaining new partnerships

· Exceptional attention to detail, budget management and strong project management skills

· Thorough understanding of OHS, Risk and Compliance relating to the role
