    Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students.
  • Create a supportive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive student behaviour.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs and behavioural difficulties is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
