About this job

We are seeking candidates to cover Teaching Assistant Shifts at an SEN School in Blackpool. Candidates must be able to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the school. We are happy to receive applications from both qualified and unqualified candidates. Unqualified candidates will ideally have relevant expereince within a school/support/care setting.

Location: Blackpool

Shift Times: 8:30am-3.30pm

Rate: £85-£90 per day, cdepending on expereince

Your role will involve:

  • Assisting with classroom activities
  • Providing one-on-one support
  • Fostering a supportive learning environment

    • Requirements:

  • Flexibility is essential
  • Experience working with individuals with special educational needs is desirable
  • Ideally will have relevant qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
