Veritas Education are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Sociology and Health and Social Care Teacher (GCSE & Post 16) on behalf of a secondary school partner based in Kensington. This is starting as soon as possible on a long term basis. The school is an 'Outstanding' rated school where staff and pupils work collaboratively to make sure there is an inclusive learning environment for all.

It is required for the applicant to have an in depth understanding of the curriculum and has a creative outlook around the learning and planning of sessions.

You will be required to complete the planning, delivering and marking of your lessons accordance to the high academic requirements of the students.

  • Ideally has QTS open to Unqualified teacher also.
  • Experience teaching 2+ years English across key stage 4 & 5 is ideal
  • High level of subject knowledge
  • Experience with planning lessons and marking
  • Strong classroom presence and understanding of behaviour management.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude to teaching.
