  • Salary $87,258 - $98,602 + super | WFH option available with 2 days in the WFH or another location and 3 days at Wooollongabba 

As a key member of our Communications and Media department, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms. 


About the role:
  • Research Audience Preferences: Stay up-to-date with current trends and discover audience preferences.
  • Content Creation: Develop original and engaging text, image, and video content.
  • Campaign Design: Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz.
  • Training and Collaboration: Train co-workers to use social media effectively and facilitate online conversations.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Report on online reviews, feedback and data analytics.
  • Posting Schedule: Develop an optimal posting schedule based on web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Account Layout: Oversee social media accounts’ layout and suggest new ways to attract prospective audiences.

About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
  • Proven Work Experience: Previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator. Platform
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms.
  • Creative Content: Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, design and video).
  • Marketing Strategies: Understanding of online marketing strategies and channels.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field.
