About the role

Based at our Pennant Hills head office, this is a temporary 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. Your main responsibilities will be the data entry of purchase orders and contracts and ensuring efficient practices through our systems. Other duties will include:

  • Following up on invoices
  • Maintaining product catalogue and supplier product information
  • Placing and monitoring supplier orders when required
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks when requested

About you

You will be an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and have worked in a similar role. To be successful in this role you will be supportive of the ethos of Catholic education. The skills you will be bring to the role are:

  • Previous experience in Finance or Purchasing
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the Finance team and with various stakeholders
  • Up to date systems and technology skills with the ability to adapt to applying new technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • TechnologyOne software systems experience will be advantageous
