Do users need to login?

We'll provide you with a link to access our magazines – no logins, passwords or apps required. Access will be limited to the school's IP range, so users can only login while they're on school grounds.

What format do we need to supply the IP address?

We need to have a public IP address or a range of public IP addresses used by your organisation for internet communication in a standard human-readable format (quad-dotted notation of four decimal integers, ranging from 0 to 255 each). IP address value is enough, we currently ignore port numbers when identifying connections coming from the school grounds.
Some examples of proper IP address input we expect to receive from you:

175.64.32.1
175.64.32.1 - 175.64.32.18
175.64.32.1, 175.64.35.1

We may accept CIDR notation if it's easier for you.
We currently only support IPv4. If your organization relies on using IPv6 for internet communication, please let us know, we'll find a workaround for you.

Are there limits on concurrent usage? 

No. Schools subscriptions can be used by all staff and guests with access to your IP range.

Is it possible to place an order online?

Yes, simply create a user account here.  Once inside the EducationHQ Hub, create an organisation by clicking on 'New organisation' in the top menu bar.   You will then be asked which plan you would like to purchase.  To purchase online you will need to make payment via Credit Card.

Is there a limit to the number of staff and student users?

No, a subscription provides unlimited access for all school staff, students and parents.

Can students and staff access the publications from home?

Yes, we do not limit access to your IP address only. Students, staff and parents can access all publications at school and home across all devices and platforms supported by EducationHQ.

Can we get help to start our hub?

Of course, we are always here to help. At every stage we can assist you with any requirements, whether it be uploading users or posting content to the hub.  Contact schools@educationhq.com

Can we trial the hub?

Yes, the free version of the Hub provides limited access to services and allows you to understand how it works.
Once you have the free hub, you can contact us to upgrade, or even upgrade yourself from within the hub.  Register for a free trial account.

Are there discounts for multiple campuses?

Yes, schools with multiple campuses are eligible for a discount. Contact us to find out more.

How long does it last and when can it start?

Subscriptions are valid for 12 months and commence the first Monday after your order has been processed.
