Presented by expert educators Sam Higgs and Ed Armstrong, this Seminar will take teacher's through Unit 1, covering changes to the new Study Design (introduced in 2018). This session is aimed at new teachers, teachers returning to Unit 1 Media or those wanting to refresh their knowledge of the Year 11 course. The day will cover the Key Knowledge and Key Skills of each area of study in Unit 1 as well as providing tips and ideas on delivering the course in different school contexts, including teaching timelines and resourcing.

The seminar will commence at 9am with registration open from 8.30am.

The seminar will include:

  • Reference materials (emailed to each teacher, prior to the workshop)
  • Morning tea and a working lunch
