Condobolin High School (enrolment 215 students, including 48% Aboriginal students) is located on the Lachlan River on the western margin of the Lachlan Valley. The school attracts 6 transfer points and is an incentive transfer school. It has a mix of both experienced and early career teaching staff providing wide ranging opportunities for students at the school. Quality teaching practices have been a feature of the school's professional learning activities and the school remains committed to providing a quality learning environment for all students. Condobolin High School is the hub school for the Lachlan Access Program which includes four schools in a learning community. The school has a Family Occupation Education Index (FOEI) of 147 and attracts significant Resource Allocation Model (RAM) funding.
